Your Customer Service Rights

When you give your business to a Georgia company, you expect a certain level of customer service. In most cases you would love the staff to go above and beyond for you, but you don't normally expect that. In some situations the service that you receive is extremely subpar and unacceptable. For those situations, everyone should understand their rights.

If you are unfairly treated at a store or business, you do have recourse options. One example of extreme customer service negligence would include airlines that drop you from a flight and fail to give you any compensation or help rebooking your flight. Another example would be hiring a company to make renovations or repairs to your home and them failing to follow through. In these situations you can launch a complaint with the company's customer service department or you can contact the Georgia Better Business Bureau.

In some cases however, you may feel that the bad service you received cost you a lot of money and emotional damage or maybe even physical injury. In these situations, you may want to speak to a lawyer. The Berry Law Group is here to help you with any consumer issues you have. We believe in our clients and want them to get the justice they deserve. Best of all, you can call us anytime for a free consultation, even if you are not sure if you have a case. If you find that you have been badly treated by a Georgia business or company, don't just complain to your friends and family, take action. And remember, The Berry Law Group is always here to help you.
